One ride on SFGAd&#39.s Superman had me swearing that I would never wait in a substantial line for a non-Tatsu B&M Flyer again. I did anyway, and fortunitely I feel SFOG&#39.s version delivered about two notches better than SFGAd&#39.s. I rode in the very back, and the speed just felt a little better on this one. The pretzle loop is just one of those &quot.wow&quot. moments, as it feels like your entire body just gets thrown into space or something (I&#39.m no harytraver when it comes to analogies, sry!). I guess the interaction with......um.......the ground made this one so much better. Or perhaps the fact that I was expecting NOTHING after giving SFGAd&#39.s a wimpy 4/10, but this ride actually semi-rocked. Would definitely ride it again, even after getting stuck on the brakes for 15 minutes!

I rode the prototypical B&M flying coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia days after it opened in 2002. As it was one of the first flying coasters by Swiss geniuses Bolliger & Mabillard the layout was brief and to the point.

You really need some faith in those harnesses when their the only thing between you and the ground 100 feet below. After the climb, the trains swoops down and to the right. Next, you enter the pretzel loop inversion. The pretzel loop offers some pretty heavy g-forces and is one of the weirdest feeling inversions around. Its difficult to describe, but you feel like your being turned inside out. Next, you do a few nifty swoops and turns closer to the ground. The train passes through a little covered section and traverses a sweet inline-twist. Then you hit the station brakes.

S:UF is fun and a must ride for those who havent been on a flying coaster. My main beef with the ride is the fairly short layout with only two inversions. For once, I couldnt say that B&M had created the best of type of coaster. I prefer Vekomas flying dutchman model (Firehawk, Batwing, & BORG Assimilator) to B&Ms S:UF clones. But that was before B&M created Tatsu for Magic Mountain. Ive never ridden it, but Tatsu appears to have taken the genre to a whole new level. Still, Ultimate Flight is not a bad roller coaster by any means. Its enjoyable, but short. Final Rating - 7.0 (Good)

A freaking awesome coaster, as well as my first flyer. The drop didnt do much for me and neither did the ride after the pretzel except for a cool flight, but my god that pretzel loop. Definitely the most intense and best inversion Ive ever felt. I rode close to the back and felt so many Gs on my back going into that thing. It was just freaking awesome. And the wait was only 20 minutes at noon on a sunday when i went. not bad for a slow loading coaster.
B&M created another beauty with this one.

Well, SUF is fun...the first few times. It is really nothing special. People seem to love it because they have never seen or ridden such a ride, but after you ride it a few times, it is very boring. Unless all three trains are running with the duel-stations, the line gets very long and is not worth more than a 45 minute wait in my opinion. The trains are very well designed, but that doesnt make up for its mediocre layout. The inline twist is my favorite part...not the pretzel loop...

Thiis is the only flying coaster i have ever rode and it was great. The pretzal loop was the only part that surprised me, The rest was just ok. I wasnt expecting a front flip on a roller coaster but there is a first time for everything.

eh...this one was ok it pretty much does little low/slow turns. The pretzel loop is the only thing that is decent on this ride, but after that be prepared for a slow ride. I liked BORG (Vekoma) at Carowinds a whole lot better. Superman feels really slow while Borg is feels fast. The line was two and a half hours! I have ridden this three times and every time the line was long. The first ride was fun, the second ride was ok, the third ride was not worth it. Be prepared for a long line. It will not reach your flying expectations, but is worth a ride.

It definitely deserves a 9, and is a must ride everytime I go to the park.

The line is like way too long, with no covering, so you are roasting in the sun. Hanging to where youre looking straight down is cool and the only good about the roller coasters structure, is the pretzel loop. Other than that, its plain and boring.

Superman Ultimate Flight is a very awesome coaster.I think that Superman Ultimate Flight is much better than Batwing at SFA.

I think the ride is ok. The only good parts of the ride are the pretzel loop and the barrel roll. People that live in Georgia, and thats basically the only park they go to, that say Superman is the best ride ever, are just saying that because its a flying coaster. But if its your first time, you must try it. But I highly recommend getting a Gold Q-bot and wait 4 minutes in line, instead of waiting 1-2 hours in line.
