Date Ridden: Summer of 2007 Times Ridden: 3 including 2 rides on the front. IN visiting SFOG the many times that I have over the past few years, Deja Vu being open was a rare occurence. On only 3 occasions was it open and that is where my 3 rides came from. It is (make that was....its been replaced by Thomas Town this year) a very intense boomerang style ride that I found very enjoyable. However, the capacity was horrible, the ride ops slow and overall very difficult to claim it was worth the hour long wait it normally took to ride. The ride probably ranks in the 7 range but my two rides on the front were frightening due to the haning sensation at the beginning of the ride. Ill go with an 8 but really will not miss it at my home park.

This ride is thrilling! The 90 degree spikes are amazing. Going frontward and backwards at fast speeds is incredible! This is a MUST at "Six Flags Over Georgia!" Try to hit it when the park opens or when the ride opens. The lines can get long.

My biggest complaint about DeJa Vu is that I rarely ever get to ride it. It breaks down way too much, and when it is operating, the line is usually over an hour long. When I do get a chance to ride, DeJa Vu provides a great rush, especially going down the towers and in the cobra roll. It was a little rougher than I expected, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Although its definitely a great ride, I dont think its worth the hour-plus wait that I could spend riding three other rides.

Deja Vu provides a simply amazing ride. It is very different from seat to seat. The front and back give a lot more air time, while the middle gives an out of control ride. While any seat on the ride is awesome, I prefer the 1A. It is really cool to get the whole view in the front. It also gives a lot more of a footchopper affect on the first drop. The ride is quick, but packs some forces. It has gotten a little rougher over the years, due to Vekomas engenious wheels not touching the track design. The roughness is not yet complainable though.

All in all, Deja Vu gives a fast, intense, and unique ride every time you go on it.

The best steel coaster on the planet. You have to ride this.

Its a long wait, but its so worth it. When you look at it, you dont think its going to be as fun as it is. When you put your hands up on the way forward, you think its easy, but on the way back, you think it was hard. The drop into the Colbra Roll is awesome!

This would be a great ride if it didnt always close, have technical difficulties, and enormously long lines. I waited 2 1/2 hours for that ride. It was NOT worth it. But, Id say the ride itself was fun, but scary.

EDIT:.

Wow, the ride was open! It was awesome! Its my new favorite ride in the park. It was so scary on that first drop. Try always to sit in the front. The operators were mean though. She didnt let us go in the front, and she was just plain mean. But the guys are cool. Im changing my rating from a 6 to a 10!

2nd EDIT:.

Im going to have to change my rating again. It was fun, until I was going backwards on the loop, and I saw that my orange safety-belt had come undone. You can bet that I will never ride this again. Its going back down to a 6.

I LOVED this ride. Sure I was scared as crap my first time riding this, but I, like always, got lucky - front row ride after only a 20-minute wait. The lift towers are incredible. You just stare at the ground getting farther and farther away from you... When you release, its just pure freefall, which was incredible. Racing through the station was pretty dern cool too (even more so when youre next in line and the train rushes past in front of you). When we were going through the cora roll, I was calm by the time. We were upside down, and I saw the Cotton States area. I mean, I was upside-down over a hundred feet up, and I was just like "Hey look, I see Superman." But backwards was even better. Going up that tower and dreading whats about to come. Plus it looks like you might go off the end of the track, but then you just drop. Going through it all backwards was just chaos, I loved it. Then back up the first tower, you hang there for a sec (which was fun!), and youre done. I could hardly walk when I got off. Sure it doesnt work some of the time, but Six Flags does what they can to get it up and running. And when they do, its a killer fun ride.

looks like I got lucky as it was running when I was there. Yes, the line moves slow (only one train can run at a time). I love when the train roars through the station. The Cobra Roll, Loop and climb up the tower forward and back and create a few multiple unique sensations over a short period of time

Ride is like 2 in one.. high drop to start, and conventional (but short) mid section with serious speed. This ride still makes you hold your breath after going a few times.
