This is one great ride... a B&M masterpiece. Not as long as some, and not as tall as some, Talon, in its twisted course produces a great ride. Its thrills are not heavily reliant upon visuals and, unlike some inverteds, it gives a great ride no matter where you sit. It has just the right pacing and just the light moments of intensity. It even offers some moments of air time. The final helix taken at only a few feet off the ground is very good. In front, the twisting track in front of you and the mass of steel you are flying through only serves to heighten an already great experience.
A good ride. But there are much better inverted coasters out there.
A good ride and great front seater. Not among the best overall, but it does sneak into my top 10 list.
The BEST and most INTENSE inverted coaster I have ever been on! Im dizzy when I get off from all the turns and high speeds! WHOOO! What a ride!!!
After a couple re-rides, this ride is just too dull for the expectations that it is suppose to live up to.
A beautifully designed small inverted. A real front row ride. I love the amount of close to the ground work.
A very well designed inverted coaster. Its smooth, quiet, and has great timing. The front seat is good visually and fun whereas the back seat is more intense and delivers some airtime.
I just rode this one yesterday--It is cool in the front seat when you go through the trench before the immelman (3rd iversion) also loved the suprise curves and drops--But is best in the back seat. You even get airtime in certain parts of this coaster.
What a ride!!! It was one of the best roller coasters for 2001!!! The loop was probably my favorite part of the ride. Definatly ride this ride if youre in or around the Allentown area!!! I got my season pass all ready to go for Dorney Park!!! And like all roller coasters, wait for the front seat, its worth it!!!
This ride is GREAT! It pulls some powerful gs, disorients you, and is incredibly smooth (like most all B&Ms). Talon does exactly what the folks at Dorney wanted it to do: prove that a coaster doesnt have to be a record breaker to give a great ride.
