it truly is much better than any other Six Flags flumes. It is long and the final drop took me by surprise. The wooded setting creates one of the best log flumes out there.

The Log Jammer is by far the best log flume Ive found at a Six Flags park. Unlike most of the others, this one is a very long ride, it moves at a very swift pace, and it has two drops. The first is about the size of the final drop youd find on most other Six Flags flumes, while the second is really very large by comparison. The more people you have in the log, the wetter youll get. This is also located amongst the forested hillside, as are so many of the rides at Magic Mountain, so the setting adds to the experience that much more.

This is an okay ride. It is long and relaxing. However the cars (if you can call them that) are not very comfortable. Dont go on it if you are with a bunch of your buddys. It will be akward. Its okay by yourself, with a girlfrind(s), or with the family. Not much else to say.

I thought that this was a very good flume ride. It was nice and long (therefore, high capacity & fast lines), had a good mix of sharp turns, steep drops and smaller drops, as well as decent scenery with the close trees and a good hillside setting. Its also fun to blast your family/friends with the cannons in the last pool.As hard as it may be to believe, this still reigns as one of my favorite flumes. While not as good as (say) Rispaw Falls, this is still one of the few old Arrow flumes that gets you really wet, which is critical in that SoCal heat!

This ride feels like its ready to fall apart. Leaky plastic flume, repeatedly smashed into by the logs... No wonder they specifically tell you not to rock them. Heh. Just rode it this week, and gotta say to those few who prefer it to Splash Mountain... Are you nuts?? LOL

For a log ride its really cool....i agree with toaddy that its nicer then splash mountain because of no "brightly colored little homos." It was one of the only entertaining things at SFMMs Halloween Haunt. What they did was they had actors jump out at you and get "killed" while you rode along. Still any way that it gets rated higher then Viper is wrong.....it should be rated in comparison to the other rides AT THE PARK. Therefore im giving it a 6.

This is a pretty good water ride. The two drops are nice and the ride seems to find that nice balance between "wet" and "uncomfortably soaked", so you can cool down with this, without worrying about wringing out your clothes. I prefer this ride over Arrowhead Splashdown.
