Fly on the Wings of the Raptor here at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. Experience a 137 foot tall ride. This is a inverted coaster where you feet dangles. You go up the first 137 foot tall hill. Then you go into a turn drop before going into a loop. This ride has 6 inversions and has cool and tight hills. "Kick the Sky On Raptor" thats Raptors Slogan at Cedar Point. The Best Inverted Coaster I Have been on. Ride it here at Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. An Awesome Thriller.

Im not usually a huge fan of inverted coasters, but this one is a real standout. The track layout is creative, and the ride is smoooooth. Very comfortable seating, too.

One of the best B&M inverted coasters. One of the best drops on any coaster with the 90 degree fan that beats out any 180 degree curved drop any day. It is awesomely smooth for being built almost ten years ago, as there is very little headbanging save for a slightly rough cobra. The loop is awesome, the inline twist is spectacular and the spiral turn after the brake run is soooo intense. I found the flatspins quite smooth and the little drop before the second one gives you some cool air. Best inverted coaster Ive been on. Beats out Batman, Montu, and Dueling Dragons. No contest.

This is a great coaster. The first drop is very nice, as is the vertical loop, but the zero-g roll (my favorite type of inversion) is, for me, the highlight of the ride. The rides only fault is that the midcourse brakes dont do much and the corkscrews cause some headbanging. Much better at night than during the day.

I thought it was a pretty good ride. I dont have very good experiences on suspended coasters because my head always gets banged around and it happened with this ride. Id ride it again with a bottle of asprin

Good, smooth ride. Raptor has a great drop, and the cobra roll is sweet, but other than that there isnt much to say about it. The interaction with the midway is cool, but I still think Raptor is overrated. Just lacked the intensity I really enjoy in coasters, especially Inverts.

When I got off of this ride, I was amazed. Raptor is such a great ride! It just has so much- a good variety of inversions, good length, and its smooth. Defiantly a must ride at Cedar Point, its worth the wait! (try going on it in the late afternoon; when i went, at noon there was an hour wait, but at 4-ish there was almost no wait!)

I loved this ride, I cant justify giving it a 10 because I didnt give MF a ten, but this is a very strong 9. Smooth all the inversions are great, the worst of the loops is the Cobra Roll, dont get me wrong it rocked, but it was a little quick and you dont feel the hanging as much. My favorite inverted coaster!

I have been lucky enough to grow up only a short hour an half ride from Cedar Point. Being only a mere 17 I have grown up there and evolved with the park. I first got my taste of Roller Coaster Addiction on this ride in 1994 when it opened. I was 9 then and lucky enough to be able to ride it. Ive been riding it ever since and the ride never ceases to amaze me on how much airtime I get. I have learned not to scream on the ride (saving my lungs for rides like MF and TTD) and manage to keep my hands up the entire time but it is always amusing to ride a roller coaster like that and listen to a 40 year old man 3 seats over (it sits 4 across) sound like my little sister when hes on it. Raptor is a must ride roller coaster and you cant miss it since it is basically on the main midway.
