Monster Plantation is a boat ride. It is average speed, fun, rerideable, it has a large cpacity, and a long duration.

Eh, pretty decent. Its about some monster celebration that the monsters inside the plantation house are celebrating. Have no idea why, but they are. Artwork is kinda good on the robotics. The robots couldve moved a little more fluidish, but oh well. There is a strange plot twist when you, despite all the warning signs about monsters that eat humans and some guy saying to turn around, you go to some swamp. Its kinda dark, but it does set the atmosphere. There arent a lot of Six Flags rides that are indoors. The last 30 seconds of the ride are the strangest and most random seconds of any dark ride. I dont want to spoil the suprise. The wait is not that long because not a lot of people ride it. Its the only indoor water ride and one of the two only dark rides. Its set up like Its a Small World at DisneyLand where you board outside and the attraction is inside. Its strange, but a good family ride. No popups (robotics that pop out of the ground (i.e. Zombies that pop out of the ground at the Haunted Mansion in Disney World)), no real surprises.

This is a good dark boat ride and its pretty typical too.Its not very scary.I rode it twice because the ride lines arent even long at all.

Slow but nice and cool inside the building and lots of animatronic monsters.
Lots of people dont know what this ride even is. So basically you sit in a 6 person boat and you stroll through an old plantation house and there are hundreds of animatronic monsters to look at and the ride never goes fast at all. Good ride for kids, reminds me a little bit of disney.

This ride is too boring, and dull.

I have to break with the pack here and say that I loved this dark ride! I thought it was charming, unique, fun, and something quite special. I hope they never change it. I think some people feel that if a ride is not a thrill ride or not interactive, then it is boring. But I think it is really fun and interesting. If I give criticisms, it would be that it is slow loading, a little short, and does need some sprucing up in places. But it is a classic to me.

This is the best ride to go on after lunch, I cant express that enough. Its smooth and relaxing, and the temperature is cool.

I find this ride pretty boring. It is a good way to cool off on a hot day and the monsters are kind of cute, but Id rather spend my time riding bigger thrill rides. In my opinion, this ride is only worth the wait if you have little kids -- they will love it!
