The Main Street Cinema is a very small, very dark circular theater hidden amongst the various restaurant and shop buildings along Main Street. A classic ticket booth greets visitors at the entrance, who then proceed through the curtains into the theater. Six different screens wrap around the cinema, each showing a different cartoon from the early days of Walt Disney. The most famous is definitely Steamboat Willie, one of the very first cartoons to feature Mickey Mouse. This attraction is rarely if ever crowded, and is therefore best to visit in the middle of the day to escape the crowds or heat of the park (be aware that it is standing room only, with a raised platform in the middle to sit or sprawl out on). The cinema is certainly expendable on a tight schedule, but if you have several days at the park, I would recommend taking a peek.
