This is not your average darkride. Spin through this darkride, or stay still and take it all in. However, there is still better things to do. (Not that that says a whole lot, the park is out of this world awesome)

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but this attraction had some issues for me. Yes, the ability to actually spin the car as it moves along the track is very cool, but it is quite a work out to get the thing going. My main complaint was that the attraction always seems to have too many vehicles on the track. As you would near the end of the attraction, the vehicles would start to back up, and it took away from some of the show elements (specifically the stretching hole at the end). If you're in Toontown and the wait is short, go for it, but don't go completely out of your way to ride.

This review has been a long time in the making. As a family from England we travel to the US every year and either go to the Disney here in California or the Disney in Florida. The last visit to califronia was in 2005, due to the length of time that has passed please forgive me if anything has changed or my memory of the ride is wrong.... I had always wanted to ride this dark ride and wished that they would integrate it into the park at Florida which I visit every year. When I got the opportunity to do so in California I was very happy. And I wasn't dissapointed. The queue lines were very detailed and I loved the whole atmosphere the ride had. However if I remember correctly you're better getting to this ride early or else you may be standing in the queue lines for a very long time. However it was the 50th anniversary so maybe it was busier than usual.... The ride was really fun and I really enjoyed it. Being a fan of most disny dark rides and a fan of universal studios florida's Cat in The Hat ride at Islands of Adventure there was never any doubt that I wouldn't enjoy this ride!

Excellent dark ride thats well worth riding. The ride was very well themed and its based off one of my favorite movies, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" All of the scenes were very well done and quite intriguing and the spinning was great as well, especially since I could manually control it.

I ventured into Toontown, the heart of little kid stuff in DL, just to check out this ride. Largely because its based on a terrific movie - the ride makes more sense if you know the fliks story. Anyhow, its a typical dark ride with lots of AA, including the buxom toon Jessica Rabbit + her klutzy hubby Roger, plus lots of weasels. A good bonus is that you have the ability to control your cars spinning, just like with the tea cup ride. You can spin til you get dizzy, or try to spin tjust enough to keep your car straight (tricky). Worth a detour to ride, especially as you can fastpass it if need be. And if you havent seen it, rent Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Its not a necessity to your list of must-rides at Disneyland, but its a fun one, especially for a family ride. The theming is really well done and the ride wait times are MUCH shorter now that the ride isnt brand new (they were super long back in 95 or so)
