Very cute fun; plenty of simple animatronics, corny jokes, and in general nice sights. Especially good for children who love to be locked in their cage, but adults may also enjoy the outlandishness of it all.

The Slipshod Safari Tours is an entertaining ride through the "jungle" encountering many comical animatronics. Located towards the back of the park, Slipshod Safari Tours entrance is hidden among some trees. Waits for the Slipshod Safari Tours depend on how many of the high capacity vehicles they are running. Generally, I wait about 5 minutes. Riding in a jungle-like tram, you can either board the rows of seats, or children can enter a cage during the ride. You get a long ride through Story Lands entertaining jungle. Along your journey, you encounter roller skating animals, angry animals attacking a human clinging to a pole, and much more. None of the animals look realistic, as they are comical and kid-friendly. Overall, a great ride that shouldnt be missed by anyone at Story Land. This is a great relaxation ride.

Great, but jungle effect somewhat ruined by the sight of several of the old Slipshod vehicles. But thankfully, they do keep the Slip from being shoddy.

It’s a fun journey through the jungle with whimsical animals. You can even get locked in a cage. The attraction is long and basically a cartoonish version of the Jungle Cruse. The park has updated it over the years. while its become more outlandish and strayed from a traditional jungle ride they have added fun additions like Flooded roads and a collapsing bridge.
