Stanley Falls is a log flume ride. It is average speed, it has a large capacity, a long duration, and it is fun.
Dont wait in line for this, it is not worth it. Just like the Tidalwave at BG, the more weight the more wet you get. They do frown upon the bobsled leaning technique to make the ride go faster. Make sure if you are in the back seat, to lean completely forward so the nose digs into more water instead of just gliding over it like everyone lets it do.
I particularly like this log flume because of its drops and speed through the ride.
This was just an average log flume. Nothing special here. Ride if you have time and if it has no line. Ride the other water rides first because they are much better.
Basic water flume . When I went I was 10 yrs old so the drop seemed huge. Line was very short even with rain delays so I rode it 4 times , but if its very long ride it only once .
Very Very Bad. Stanley Falls is in DESPERATE need of a replacement. There is a tiny drop and NO theming whatsoever. Doesnt even compare to Ripsaw falls and Splash Mt.
This is your basic log flume ride and offers virtually no theming.
Water rides...Florida...Water rides...Flordia. When you mix the 2 together, only 1 thing comes out of it. LONG LINES! An ok ride that is worth your time if there is a short line. If not, dont bother!(You dont really get wet either!)
Not awful, but I dont want to get in line again after I ride it.
This ride is pretty good, but it wont get you wet. If you want wet, go with Tanganyika Tidal Wave or Congo River Rapids.
