This coaster was ok for a woodie, but it was missing the thrills of say Villian and the Big Dipper. It reminded me alot of Hurler at PKD, but didnt thrill you as much. I am glad to know that they recently made some modifications and it will be interesting to ride it again. Mabye later though.
This coaster isnt that bad. I dont remember any extreme roughness. It dosent have any great moments of airtime or anything else really special. Pretty average ride.
Second worst woodie Ive ever been on [next to Predator at DL]. Maybe its the trains, but the trick-track, rickety rough ride this presents is just not worth the torture for the credit. The fact that its out of the way of pretty much everything else doesnt work in its favour, either.
The ride is fun, and smooth with the retracking. I wish they wouldnt have changed trains beacuse you dont get much airtime now. I feel it needs some repainting and theming.
This is a really fun woodie - I would give it more than an "8" if it hadnt been so rough, though. For at least part of the ride, my jaws were slamming each other really hard. And the rest of my body was shaking, too...It wasnt unbearable IMO, but it was the roughest woodie Ive been on before.
Just the same, it was a really fun coaster that is deserving of at least one ride each visit - that is unless your body cant handle some shaking.
the only reason i disliked this ride was because i got my leg stuck in between the lap bars. it hurt.
Okay ride. I didnt find the first half to be as unbearable as some think it is. Its got a fairly good layout but lacks in exciting drops, exhilirating turns, and speed. The worst woodie at the Lake but worth a ride if you have nothing better to do. Heres to hoping this Wolf begins to Rage with Cedar Fair now at the helms.
This ride will beat the holy bejeebus out of you, but its very old and totally classic. Short lines mean you can ride till the wheelchair hauls you away.
Ugh, not a very good ride. I hope Cedar Fair does something to make this better. Its very bumpy and shacky. I think it has a really good layout and it would be a lot more fun if the track wasnt so shacky.
The second half of the ride is fun, but that first half is very, very poor. Adding the villian trains did help because the old train beat your shins into a swollen mess. I have heard from my brother that with the complete retrack this has turned into a much better coaster.
