"Everything looks good..... I think... that this time its going to work .. WARNING .. WARNING .. ROAR!!!" These words of Dr. Bruce Banner are what you hear as you are slowly lifted up the "gamma ray accelerator tube", better known as Hulks launch. However, no words can describe Hulks unique uphill launch. The amount of force, the way you are thrown back into your seat, and the barrel roll right out of the tunnel are feelings that you will never find on any other coaster. I believe that Hulks launch is the BEST SINGLE ELEMENT ON ANY COASTER ANYWHERE! Also, the Cobra Roll, loop, and tunnel that follow the launch are the other things that make up the best beginning on any coaster. The back half is somewhat average though. But, the first part of Hulk is enough to make up for it. The loading station and theming are great also. This is a must-ride! It is also one of the coolest looking coasters. Overall, it is not my favorite coaster, but the front half is AWESOME!!! Good coaster.

I have been on all of the roller coasters in the central florida area, witht he exception of Kracken, and this is the best coaster out of all of them. The launch is great because on your first time riding it you do not expect that to happen since you cant see the train going up the hill in the station or from the ground. Then they trick you even more by having you go half way up the hill at a slow speed before you suddenly speed up to 40MPH up a hill so it feels like much more. Once outside of the tunnel, you do a bunch of rolls making the first half of the ride very very intense. Then one you get to the brakes half way though the ride, you get another nice suprize by going down a steep drop that is unexpected. Look for themeing on the ground during this part of the ride, and its where they take your picture too. Then the ride is over, and hopefully they will have single riders open so you can run back onto the ride with no line at all.

This coaster is one of my favorites, it earns a high spot on my top ten, but the lack of theming keeps it from getting a rating of a ten from me. This ride is incredible, it has a launch that is unexpected to first-time riders, and I have to admit that although I knew the coaster would be launched, I was confused when we started up the tunnel slowly and surprised when we suddenly kicked into high gear and hauled arse out of the tunnel. The Zero-G was incredible, as was the long fall into the Cobra Roll after it. The whole ride just seemed to keep moving, even through the MCBR. It has great elements, great forces, and I rode it 13 times in 2 1/2 days. Staying on the property is a MUST for this park. Your room key acts like an unlimited fastpass. You just show it to the attendant and they let you use the Express lane as many times as you want as often as you want. I rode it 6-7 times in a row, one right after the other, in an hour and 15 minutes. I would get on the ride, get off, show the guy my room key, and get right back to the front of the line again, etc. etc.

As far as a COASTER goes, this is almost a typical B&M except for the launch and the intial inversion. Ill give it points for those two elements and the mist tunnel. But the themeing is LOST entirely once outside the tunnel (which is a trend on IOAs coasters). Its a great coaster for the Orlando area, but putting in a coaster isnt enough if youre going to put it into a theme park like IOA. The track needs to be enveloped in the world of The Hulk, not just there and green. The launch, inversion, and mist tunnel all merit a 9 (launch pails by Dragster standards), the B&M coaster merits an average 6 or 7, the themeing of the coaster (essential for an Orlando Theme Park) is a 4 or below. Ill call it even at 7, but will add that I will ride this everytime I visit IOA.

Nice queue and station, effectively themed. Great launch and a relentless ride through a good combination of standard element. Picturesque in its location, you cant take a bad photo of it.

Great ride! Number 1 on my all time ride list. The ride starts out where you think its a normal lift hill. All of a sudden you are boosted from 0 to 40 miles an hour in two seconds. I also love the part when you go under the bridge into the mist tunnel! It is the best coaster in the world!!!!!!

Awsome awsome coaster. It has it all. A launch, lift hill, zero g, cobra roll, loops, corkscrews, tunnels, and theming. How can one not love the big green machine.

i think it going to work WARNING! no no NOOOO! an awesome boost shoting out of the tunnle in 0 to 40 miles out of the tube with a heartline roll onto your back then you go back twords the water then up 109 feet into a sharp twist upside down roll to the right and then a tight turn up to the left.then drop back twords the water for a oblong loop.then coming up from the tunnle we make a climb to the left into a side ways loop.there are alot more to the hulk then that including twist turns and loops.HULK IS A MUST SEE when you vist ioa its a thrill you will never forget.Best time to ride marvel super hero rides is at the end of the day or the begning (well for me it is).
