I agree- I think that 4 G's may be a bit much for the launch. But only 1.9 on Storm Runner's launch- that supprised me!

I think Viper has a lot of potential. If B&M built it, that, combined with the heartline and the cool layout could make for a great quick rush.

Oh, and Hulk's launch is good, but to make it seem like it's a bigger deal that TTD's is just wrong.

It's not a bigger deal. Trust me, I've experienced both. Obviously TTD's is record-breaking. However, there is NO doubt, and supported by fact, that Hulk's is much more powerful. TTD's isn't as powerful as Hypersonic's because Hypersonic accelerates over such a short distance.

TTD's pulls a lot more G's than Hulks on the launch, trust me, the facts show.

But Hypersonic only accelerates to 80mph, and there's a HUGE difference between 80 and 120.

But it does that in a really short distance.

Personally, I think Dodonpa's launch looks awsome

Dodonpa is sick.

As for Hulk vs. TTD...the forces on TTD's launch make some peoples' cheeks get pulled back. The sheer speed it creates alone is enough for it to be favored over the Hulk's launch. The Hulk's launch may be more creatively positioned, but TTD's is more forceful and has a greater impact.

I don't even need to ride them to tell you that TTD's launch is better than the hulk's. But that roll at the top looks awesome... If you made me pick a ride i'd pick hulk, but if you made me pick a launch i'd pick TTD>

If you've ridden Storm Runner, then you will be a bit dissapointed by Hulk. Storm Runner is much better

Really? Are you talking about the launch or the whole ride itself?

Anyways, if it accelerates faster, it'd make sense that it was more intense.

Hulk's launch was awesome, especially with the great combination of elements folowing it, but TTD's was better.

Overall, I think that Hulk is the better coaster. (And Storm Runner doesn't look as good as Hulk IMO. You've probably just ridden it so many times that you've gotten bored with it)

Actually, I've only ridden Hulk 4 times, so I've ridden Storm Runner more. I'm more of a BGT person.

The only thing Hulk has over Storm Runner is ride time. Hulk's launch is comparable to Storm Runner, but I liked SR's better, it seemed smoother. Hulk really starts to dull after the second verticle loop. It's back half is fun, but it's nothing amazing. Hulk is still a great ride, but Storm Runner is better.

You live in Florida and you've only ridden the Hulk four times!?!?!?!?!?! Are you insane!? Man, if I lived in Florida, I'd be there every weekend.

Some people can't get to parks that often. Look at me, I've only been to my home park once this summer, and it's only a 40 min drive.

Yeah, I've been to Hershey twice and I live 25 minutes away and have only gotten on Storm Runner five times.

Its easier once you get to drive. I used to go to SFOG maybe 5, 6 times a year before, but now, I go to the park a good 25-30 times a year.

I can't get away from my tight school/swimming schedule. I really just don't have the time. Plus, my family doesnt like theme parks, so that doesn't help. If my Hulk stats scare you, then I'll have you know that I've only been on Montu once, Kumba twice, and Gwazi four times. I rarely get to theme parks, and in the rare event that I can go to a park, I'd rather it be a new one than going to a park I've already been to. Also, that way, I don't get bored of a park. I've been to BGT alot, but that was before I liked coasters, I've only been once since I started liking coasters

Exactly, so I really don't mind that I dont get to go to BGT and IOA all that much. I'd rather go to a new park evry once in a while than the same park over and over again

I'm going out to William's Grove today. I'm excited to try out the Cyclone - it sounds insane since the lapbars don't work.

I really can't go to parks that much because Im always busy with school or swimming. If I want to go out of town I have to find a good swim team in the town that Im going to and I have to practice with them every day. That leaves little time for theme parks if you go to another town and have to go to practice. The only time I dont have to practice is in the week or two between each season, which is why I always go to a theme park at the end of summer.

Tacoking finds time

I only go to two or maybe three parks each year. (Usually my hometown park and another park. My family doesn't like parks that much either) I'm just saying that if I lived in Florida, I'd be at the parks a bunch of times in the summer.

Every once in awhile I'll mention "how cool BGW looks or BGT" to my parents, but I think in their minds, we have (major parks) Kennywood, Geauga and Cedar Point within 100 miles, so no need to go out of our way.

But, when I get my liscence in less than two years, I'll be making my way to some farther parks.

Ive had my license two years now, but just this year got the time and freedom to take my first unsupervised road trip. So of course I selected CP to visit!
