What is with you people and Alpengeist? I thought that it was an amazing coaster. Way better than Raptor and Deuling Dragons.

It's not that I disliked it, it's on my top ten list (right now), but I was expecting more, and it had alot of imperfections that aren't found on alot of B&M's. I think it was mostly my fault that the ride left such a negative impact on me because I rode it expecting Montu to be blown out of the water, but Montu conquers all.

Alpengeist probably is better than Raptor and DD (I've ridden those two), Danny, but you're forgetting the best looping coaster on the planet....
Montu!

Yeah, those banked turns look insane. It also has a nice, compact layout.
(Note: Montu is not on my list. )

^ Yea, from experience, Canyon Blaster and Goliath Jr. are the clear-winners. Well worth a trip from Ohio.
My current affection:
Ha - I never actually posted in this thread. Weird, I'll go ahead and add to it.
Wood Hades, by far #1 Balder WG Cyclone Avalanche Tremors
Withheld El Toro because its not operating yet, and Voyage because I KNOW I will be there in less than a week.
Steel Aforementioned Olympia Looping Lisebergbanan Expedition GeForce The Dutch Goliath Bullet
Bullet will easily be replaced with Black Mamba once it opens, and honorable mention to Nemesis.

This is going to be a big summer for me. I'm not including the two trips that are already definite (Cedar Point and Dollywood). Hopefully I can squeeze in at least two more trips.
