In all honesty, I use this time to get on more Epcot attractions while the crowds are watching the show. there is no reason to get seats ahead of time, I've always watched it from the back if at all and don't think it makes much of a difference.
Illuminations is a show. It uses fire works, lasers, and pyrotechnics in it. It is fun, it has a large capacity, and a long duration, it also has good music added to it.
Best fireworks show ive ever seen
Well-done. The sound track and effects other than the fireworks gelled well with them and with each other. It is really not difficult to get a good view of this show. Those with young children may be advised to find a vantage point as far away from the lagoon as possible to dull the noise of the fireworkd and be farther away from the other pyrotechnic effects. Adults may enjoy getting a table at a restaurant overlooking World Showcase Lagoon and eating dinner while watching the show although they will miss out on the soundtrack this way.
The colors, sounds, music and sights will leave you in awe! Illuminations is a great fireworks display that takes place over the lagoon, every night at Epcot. It truely is an amazing way to end the day, but it still isn't as good as Wishes! Stay tuned for this one, for sure!
A definite do not miss. This will conclude your day at Epcot quite nicely. But be warned this packs in the crowds so finding a spot can be a little tiresome and the mass exodus after the show is over makes sometimes leaving harder than it really should be.
A fantastic way to end a day at a fantastic theme park like Epcot. After a great day with attractions such as Mission Space, Test Track and Journey into the Imagination with Figment (a personal favourite =P) I think that this Firework display is the best around (apart from wishes) However make sure you are not standing facing the wind, I woke up the morning after the show, in lots of pain trying to get a piece of firework out of my eye! However it was worth it to see the great show.
Quite simply one of the most stunning thigs ever. it is so bright and excitin. A great way to end the day at Epcot.
Do yourself a favor and watch from the bridge over by France. Theres a reason people congregate there.
As for the show itself, way back second to Wishes, but still far ahead of anything youll see outside of a Disney park.
Excellent way to end your day at EPCOT. Illuminations was pretty long and the fireworks on this one were excellent, as there were tons of them and they looked great. Also, the other elements combined with the fireworks result in a great show.
