This is ride has the best memory of any coaster I've been on. It was my first roller coaster. When I got on, I was still scared to death of roller coasters. When I got off, I was a full blown coaster junkie who was already anxious to get to Shivering Timbers. For a kiddie coaster, Zach's Zoomer actually has some pretty strong forces, especially the lateral g's on the turns. This is the best possible coaster for any kid to start on.

It&#39.s a cute little coaster that is fun for a laugh if you&#39.re grown up and a thrill for the young kids. But a reminder that even the little ones can be unsafe when you don&#39.t follow the rules (I believe it was this ride...) a lady did fall out when she turned around in her seat a few years ago and was injured.

One of the better junior coasters and has some very surprising air time over the little hills. The seats are designed for younger kids and most adults are to big for them. The ride is very smooth and is not rough at all. Overall a great ride for younger kids.

Zachs Zoomer, where to begin... Its a great kids wooden coaster. I rode it once, but it was a tight pinch. I actually had to spread my legs so I could fit in it, but other than that, its an outstanding little coaster. Plus it was designated an ACE Coaster Classic because of the single lapbars on the train.

As kids woodies go, this is not near the top of my list, and certainly nowehere near as good as any of the Paramount Ghoster Coaster/Fairly Odd Coaster family. Its decent, I guess, but there are no "almost-air" moments as on the other versions of the ride. As a kids coaster, I guess it does its job - not too rough, nice speed, good for beginners - but on the whole, its nothing special.

For its size, this is a fun little Junior wooden coaster. Great way to start the wee ones out before they are ready for the two wooden beasts in the back of the park.

An outstanding junior woodie and now my favorite. The only junior woodie Ive been on that provides air. Luckily Im not a big guy so I had no trouble fitting into the seats.

Zach's Zoomer is a wood junior roller coaster. It was built by CCI and designed by Larry Bill. It was built in 1994, it is 41' tall, it is 1,400' long. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration. The layout is very nice. Airtime is good.

Times ridden: 1 ~ Ride experience: 9 ~ Layout: 9 ~ Thrill factor: 8 ~ Airtime: 8 ~ Landscaping: 7 ~ Evaluation: Zachs Zoomer was quite a surprise for me. For what it is, a wooden family/kiddie coaster, its great! The rides packed with miniature hills that give off some nice airtime and a layout that was designed for beginners and those who are having second thoughts about the parks bigger woodies.
