Typical Flume, not much to it. Rather long, but not themed at all. The history is pretty much the only thing running for it.
Oh, so classic! It's a quick trip back to the 70's. Such a lulling, mellifluous cruise, followed by a steep drop and tons of water!
When I visited the park and rode LR it was fun, rerideable, had a long duration, and large ride capacity. You do get wet on this one. A good way to cool off on a hot day.
I do not remember much about this ride. I liked this ride because it lasted long compared to other flumes Ive been on.
Basically the same thing as IMS but has two drops instead of one, But its ok for a log ride
Been a long time since I rode but I dont remember much theming. Just an average flume.
It gives you a nice boat ride and the drop will get you wet.
Loggers Run is located at the entrance of Picnic Grove. On summer days LR can get some very long lines. Ice Mountain Splash is another option to try, however the drop is different. Loggers Run has 2 drops in a row. IMS is one long drop.
I rode in the very front with in a 4 person log and was soaked waist down before the actual drop. This has two lifts and when it would dissengage and go into the water it would nose down then tilt up making a big splash of water fall right into my lap. Then there is the drop! The double down is great, giving you some floating and the water at the bottom is a big torrent and the log goes right through it soaking your upper half.
a fairly good water ride, but there are better at GAm, but this one can certainly deliver with a good amount of soakage, and is a good ride to cool off on, but there are better ways of doing that at GAm
