This Arrow is surprisingly smooth and features nice airtime and laterals. However, one train operations is often used, so ride early.
Probably the most underrated coaster at Valleyfair. This is a very smooth ride for an Arrow Loopscrew. Overall, the ride isn't that intense, but the loop and helix are relatively forceful. It's a short ride, but that's to be expected of a coaster like this. This ride is perfect for someone going upside down for the first time, but thrill seekers should still find it enjoyable.
The Corkscrew is a steel sit down roller coaster with three inversions (Loop with corkscrew). It was built by Arrow in 1980. It is 100' tall, 2,415' long. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and long duration.
Super rough but it does do a corkscrew over a pond so... i give it a 3
its the only looping coaster in the park, and its an oldie but its definently a goodie. over the walk way, over the lake, into a sharp helix. its in such a nice small area, u gotta ask "what would you replace it with without tearing out the pond.
Simple little ride, nothing to it go up, go down, corkscrew, and your done.
I enjoted this one better than the one at Michigan Adventures or Cedar Point. it seemed to run smoother. However, the lake it ran over was putrid.
This is actually my favorite version of this type of ride. APPEARANCE-7 Looks good for its age but I prefer the paint at MIA. CAPACITY-5 Pretty long line, not overly quick. RIDE QUALITY-6 For this type of coaster it is pretty good. I just always ride in the front seat of the car and that helps with the comfort. FUN-6 I enjoyed it and at least no brakes. RERIDE-7 My third favorite coaster there at least until they take the brakes off High Roller. OVERALL-31 AVG-6.2 A nice solid 6 which is a surprise for me.
Not too shabby for an Arrow corkscrew. Its even better than the classic at Cedar Point. It tracks smoother than most Arrow loopers and may actually be a really good ride if it werent for the predictable layout and the uncomfortable Arrow trains.
One of the better Arrow loopers. Great scenery but a bit of a bumpy ride. If its a walk on(which it usually is) go right ahead. If it actually has a wait I wouldnt reccomend it.
