I wasted my time for this!? Wow... what a load of crap. I was expecting a fun rapid ride, seeing how it has that "Whirl Pool"... but that didnt even make this ride good, if anything, the ending of the whirlpool was the worst part, it bangs you into the side and if youre in the wrong seat (I was) you get flung forward into the "Bar" then you go by the "waterfalls" but there are walls keeping you away from them so you dont get to go under them. What a load of ----... they shouldve built another clone coaster here.
nothing too special about this ride. The whirlpool was pretty original but beyond that it wasnt at all satisfying. You get off feeling like: "well it started out good, what happened?" and it feels like you got off half way through a good rapid ride.
This ride was terrible!!!!! The only action was the whirl pool and even that wasnt all that great! I barely got wet! Dont ride this unless you have extra, extra, extra, extra, time!

...One of the best. Short line, quick turn-over, and the ride itself held my attention, especially the thrilling whirlpool, which spins you around in a large circle then sends you sliding down and under on a "waterfall" of sorts, though after that you just wait and float to the queu again. This ride is better than Carowinds version, however Wild Adventures "park" is by far better suited for small kids. Rides are miniature models of other popular park rides. They seem to fill space with a lot of murels and tiny rides...not to mention a good number of the rides were shut down, sending us on a 3 hour emergency road trip to Disney. Bypass Wild Adventures if looking for grown up rides.

A very unique rapids, and my second favorite next to Popeye. Its fun to ride in a group of friends, theyll let you do re-rides if there is no line. The whirlpool is very good element that is unique to any other rapids Ive seen. And although the rapids are not big, the small ones pour more than enough water into the boat. We all had our feet in the middle because the floors are like foot baths, they fill up and do not drain quickly. Infact, we have submerged a couple seats in water for a couple seconds because of the weight and the water.
This ride is terribly cheap looking and very disappointing to see compared to the quality the rest of the park tries to come up with. The queue actually looks pretty good, but only a couple things happen on the entire course and its not very fast at all. You do get well and the whirlpool is neat looking, but it isnt great at all.
Although it is a unique ride becuase of the whirlpool drop, there is absolutely nothing else thrilling about this ride. The rafts are small and uncomfortable and have rifts in them so you dont get as wet. No where in the circuit is the trough more than 10 feet wide, so it is more like a really big waterslide with comfy boats. and if you are on the side of the boat on the re-entry lift, it is a real killer. Ride it if you have time, but dont MAKE time for it. Also, the lines for this are often long becuase it has horrible capacity.
One of the most uneventful rapids rides Ive ever been on. However it receives 2 bonus points for the super cool (and uniques as far as I know) whirlpool. When I first saw that section of the ride I was stunned. Around and around and around and down under you go. Youll get little more than wet shoes on this ride.
