The train is the average ride around the park. The theming is nonexistent, and the condition is rough. (to say the least) What makes up for all of this is the views that are only accessible from the train.
The train is such a great break from the other park rides. You never need to wait long, and it's a great way for everyone to ride something, regardless of their steely stomach. Funny how many employee service roads and buildings you see, that are otherwise well-hidden.
This train was fun, nicely maintained, rerideable, average duration, had a large capacity, and gave a good view of the park.
Good way to get off your feet for awhile. Takes a bit of time to load and unload at the stations. You can sit on it all day if you like. Somewhat of a scenic view. A good way to relax, and take a break from walking.
This is a fun train!!! I have always liked trains!!! This one is fun because it is very relaxing and u can tour the park!!
its good to give you a rest for a while. but not always the best senic veiw
I like this ride alot, one because its shaded two because it gets you there without walking and three, the tunnel is fun to scream in. I hate waiting for it though, its so dumb
The train is kinda fun during fright fest, but okay during the regular season. It doesnt give the train at Cedar Point enough competition.
The Scenic Railways has 2 stations. 1 in Hometown Square and one in County Fair to the right of Iron Wolf. SR will travel around the park while describing the rides and shows in the park. During Fright Fest SR is transformed into Scooby Doos Mystery Train, where there is a Scooby Doo skit shown during the train ride with an ending show at the Hometown Station. You will then ride back to the County Fair station, which is the only station open during Fright Fest.
Not to bad during freight feast. The train it self is pretty good and can hold a lot of people.
