An extremely well-built roller coaster. This ride is glass-smooth, action-packed, and a very good length. Lots of intense manuveurs, well-placed inversions, and detailed theming add to the experience. It is not amazingly fast or tall, but the way this thing races through its course is nearly perfect. There are also several extremely well placed trenches and tunnels. This is also the least nauseating roller coaster I have ever been on. Do not miss this one. Try to catch it while the trim brakes are off!
The only negative thing I can think of pretaining to Montu is that following the sixth inversion (small vertical loop), the ride's frantic pace is slowed considerably. This holds true even when Montu's trim brakes are off. The seventh inversion (a very unexpected corkscrew buried half underground) is the only thing that redeems the last 500 feet of track.
