This show was pretty good considering I had heard a lot of negative remarks about it. It was kind of funny, and the tiki gods were cool, but it is still missing something essential that would make it a remarkable show...perhaps better special effects.

What FX are you talking about? the rain, wind, thunder, and lighnign are all very god. at least I think they are.

I guess I just wish it was more of a major attraction. Maybe you shouldnt listen to my opinion about this show, because I saw it in 1999, and dont remember a whole lot. I just remember thinking it needed more special effects. Maybe Im wrong. I dont know.

The bigist thing that brings it down at the time you watched it was the addition of the New managment storyline. adign the birds from Lion king and Aladin were uncalled fore and really killed the atraction. the show was longer and yes did have a stronger FX based show then it dose now. the old show should be brought back.

The one jsut before that was fantastic.lots of FX a litel scary for younger kids. and lots of music. a much better Tikki room.

When I went in 1999, I dont remember seeing the New Management thing. When I went to WDW this year, I didnt see the show because I thought it was the same thing.

i think it was added after, or maybe it was before......im not really sure why you didnt see it, but believe me, youre lucky you didnt. it really ruined the ride

The bad peradys form alladin, the voice of eago is bad enough, and they made it simpler. the priore show had substance almost theatrical quality to it that they dont have now. I emember the previace trip I only saw 3 familys leave out of a full show. this last time I saw the show it was only half full. half thoe poeple left the show mid way through.

lol, then you know you need to make changes if people are leaving during the show.

I know i almost wanted to leave myself. I was extreamly disapointed.

So remove the new managmetn then jsut return it to the third version that had befor the new managment. if they hant it to be a littel deferant then they can have deferant versions of the tiki room song. get Will smith to make a rap version of it and he can be a pigin.

i dont know what the heck you want will smith to do, but i agree that they could tweak the original a little, but just get rid of zazo

No that I know of. I just get ideas. its worth putign down. I woudl maybe make a CGI version and show it see haw people react. then see weather its worht adding. but you have to admit its better then the new managment.

well, you have a point there, but i just dont know how these ideas come to you....but yeah, most anything is better than new management

I dont know either. but I have been writign storys and poitry since I was yung. I may not be able to spell good but I can make up things very easy. i wrote mu first story in Pre first.

Actually i got the idea from teh new version of the Disney CD. the one with all the stars. teh girl from Lizzie McGwire did a dance liek version of it. adn I was thingkin gmaybe do deferant versions of the song with a music and beat form that birds native land. I just thought teh rapign pigin was funny.\ adn might ad some comic releafe and extra entertainment value.

well, dont the people that run that ride ever hear complaints on how they should change it back or anything like that? i mean, youd think that theyd figure it out that they should change it back.

they likly do. but people that have never seen it dont think its as bad. my aunt thugh it was cute. my cousin didnt like it as much espetialy after I shoudl her a video of how it used to be.

yeah, when they can compare the old to the new, then they realize how good it used to be, and how it should be changed back

I jsut find the new Version anoying. they ruin teh good show to complain about how things are going. I do;t mind Zazo its yago that is anoying. but then look a who dose the voice. the cartoon characters jsut take away what the intire premis of the tiki room is about.

exactly. its supposed to be a bunch of birds that for some reason can talk an sing. its supposed to be like a jungle atmosphere, but then when you throw in those two clowns, it just ruins the entire show

its make it too much a cartoon style rather then a magical room! you know were the birds sing words and the flowers crun.

Me too thats one of the reasons I dont liek the new version they interupt it.

yeah, very true. right as you are getting into the whole song and stuff, those dumb birds come in a start squaking and talking and just ruin the atmosphere
