I give it a seven because the story inside is lame. The drop i s pretty steep, however. Did anyone else hear the rumor that this ride is getting OTSRs? or was it the one at disnyland?? anyone with info?

Splash Mountain was never getting any kind of restraint, as it would take too long to get people in and out of them. If Splash Mountain did get a restraint, I would only see seatbelts, or a lap bar.

I havent seen the movie "Song of the South", but I found the plot in Splash Mountain to be excellent, because it combined animatronics with many steep and tall drops.
