Author Western Pa. Labor Day weekend trip?

I'm considering the following:
leaving New York Friday at 2PM or so and driving West on I-80 through Pennsylvania.
Saturday Morn - head to Waldameer at opening and Conneaut later in the day then driving towards Pittsburgh
Sunday - get to Kennywood at opening, then head to Idlewild for the evening
Monday - hit up DelGrosso's and Lakemont on the way back.

anyone going to be at Kennywood on Sunday? A single rider needs a friend for Thunderbolt. and someone remind me again where is that supermarket close to the park where I can get a cheaper ticket.

larry, twice while in line for thunderbolt a few weeks ago i noticed attractive young blondes get into the train alone. it struck me as odd, these lonesome, yet comely enthusiasts. on both occasions male "volunteers" were solicited to "help out" these ladies by cozying up next to them for a ride. a solitary trip to thunderbolt could bode well for you......
