When I visited this park the same year Hypersonic debuted, I thought that the customer service was fair, but at that time, I did not pay attention to the details, I was just trying to squeeze as many of the coasters I could in the short 4 and a half hours we had in the park with the youth conference group I was with. They seemed to be running the lines pretty quickly considering the amount of people at the park that day. My longest wait was about 2 hours for Hypersonic and that was due to long lines and temporary breakdowns.

^The service is normally fair...that's a good term to use. I would certainly NOT consider it good service. The best park service I've seen is either at K-wood or BGW. Everybody is nice and actually tries to help you. I wouldn't say that PKD employees won't help you if you ask them to, but they won't try and help you if you don't... But yeah, PKD is pretty much my second home, so I can't be too mean towards it, even though it isn't the greatest park around

Yeah, by the way, how far in distance is BGW from PKD, I'm too lazy to look it up on RCDB, lol!

Man, I wish that it was a little closer to Richmond, b/c it may have been included on our itinerary that year I went with a Southern Youth group, but I doubt they would have planned a trip to 2 parks unless they were right next to each other.

Lol uh oh! I will make sure I stay away from that area until you get the hang of that driving thing

But that's cool that you can choose between 2 prominent parks.
