I guess I had an unusually negative experience on this one. Im not sure what the ride attendant was doing, but instead of loading each car in order, she had the most convoluted system of loading one car, then sending it about 1/3 of the way around the wheel before loading the next one. This also had a staggered station, so three cars could have been loaded at once, but she refused to do it. This led to stopping and starting and going forward and backing up so many more times than was necessary. After wed been on the ferris wheel for what felt like an eternity, she made the announcement "Welcome to the Panoramic Wheel, enjoy your ride." We then circled around slowly a few times. No good swinging, no good speed. The view from the top was fine. It wasnt by any means a tall ferris wheel, it was just located on a higher hill than most of the park, so we could see much of Bonfante Gardens. It was really just looking at the canopies of a lot of trees, as the trees are so incredibly dense in this park (thats not a complaint). We came to a stop at the very top and the attendant announced "Your ride is now over, enjoy the rest of your day." Brilliant. It then took just as long to unload as it did to load. Its a good thing Bonfante Gardens is a pretty park to look at and Im generous in my ratings, or else this would have received a bottom of the barrel score.

The rides views are the best about this ride. Visualy the park is wonderful and great in design. This ride takes you up high to see the views that cant be seen on the ground.
