This is a nice little ride - a B&M inverted. The real appreciation though extends beyond the seat. The themeing is as good as it gets. Talon, bird of prey, silent death from above, etc. Like yellow claws the train swoops down on on-lookers. The inclined spiral centers on the entrance to the queue and the final spiral kicks riders feet right at the park entrance. Then at the bottom of the steps to the station house the train makes two passes, one coming out of the loop and the second mid S-curve as it approaches the cameras under the lift hill. Between the two is the amazing zero-g roll right over the station house. This thing is fun to watch. The line moves quickly though. Lastly, there is the dive into the immelman on the walk out, though most people run for the picture hut.
Now for the ride. It doesnt have the awesome sound of Great Bear or the disorientation of Raptor or the extremes of Alpengeist. It is a competent and fun ride with excellent pacing. From the top of the lift hill and its swooping dive to the right it delivers in quick succession a vertical loop, a zero-g roll and an immelman. The train then moves into a smooth inclined spiral that transitions into a graceful S-curve with a suprise bit of air as it drops under the lift hill. Then in quick succession it corkscrews over the drop, spirals over the midway and hops into the brakes. The ride is 7 plus and the themeing gives it a nine.
