Tucked away in the same building as (and overshadowed by) Soarin', this boat ride is pretty good. It deals with agriculture (the most important invention in human history, arguably) and floats through different kinds of farms + ecosystems. The second half takes you through actual greenhouses and tells you about weird alternative ways they're testing. The greenhouses are functional for both research and growing some of the food used at Epcot's restaurants. It even has a part about aquiculture ("farming" of fish)... those sturgeon are some mean looking animals. It's interesting + definitely worth the time. If you're really into the subject, they have a walking tour as well, for a little bit of extra $$$.
