Very pleasant. Certainly a bit bumpy, but it is meant to simulate a safari. I don't dislike the poacher story so much, since I think it teaches the kind of lesson that should be illustrated based on the park's theme. The savannah was gorgeous and it really seemed, during that scene, that the animals were in their natural habitat (although suspension of disbelief was killed for me in other scenes). I don't disagree that having a good guide will enhance your experience, but you will still have fun looking for and at the animals. This is a ride I feel the whole family would enjoy.
