I can sum this ride up in one word: DEPRESSING. The once glorious Riverside Cyclone is now outrageously rough, unbearably slow, and not even the least little bit thrilling, as theyve mutilated all the fun drops, and added trims literally every 2 feet, and they were ALL working. The ride that scared the living crap out of me as a kid is dead and gone. If they cant fix it they need to tear it down an build a new world class woodie, as this ride has no dignity whatsoever the way it currently stands. I was going to give it at least a 2, but when I rode they were only operating one train, and the last 2 cars of that train were roped off, reducing capacity by 1/3, making what shouldve been a short wait longer than necessary. When I asked an attendant why the back seats were incapacitated she couldnt give me an answer. Its like theyre afraid to run the train at full capacity, cuz if they do the whole thing will fall apart, which honestly wouldnt surprise me.
