For this ride to average reviews of 8.5 truly shows where the minds of theme park go-ers are going. Into the trash. This is a ride that I could have built. I mean, if this were at a carnival, or county fair i could understand, but for universal t build a ride with 2D little characters in a 2D world is really pathetic. and then for you all to praise it like its some sort of breakout idea, it just makes me sick. this ride is o.k., but the fact of the matter is, it could have been made so much better if universal would have just spent a little more time and $ intomaking it a great ride.

What are you talking about DemonRules??? Men in Black is great--the effects are all great and I thought the theming was way better than anything youd see in a carnival. Its also inovative--the way they have two vehicles playing against eachother...that is a breakout idea. I know the characters are somewhat 2D, but have you seen anything better on one of these interactive rides???

The aliens in MIB are most definitely not 2d, nor is the ride. Different aliens are located closer and farther all along, and that is also figured in the scoring (you get more points fopr the far away ones, go figure). Perhaps youre referring to the very beginning of the ride, when a few 2d things with bullseyes do appear? Thats part of the theming - the shtick behind this ride is that you start out on a training run, but then must go out to face the
"real" aliens when Something Goes Wrong. (SGW pretty much is the basic idea for all of Universals attractions.)

Im with the minority, I guess. This "experience" through alien cartoon land is lame and boring. And as far as the "competition" amongst vehicles goes, give me a break. The public should demand more for their 50+ bucks! Universal can make this a lot better with little investment...Its just missing that certain "something."
