I honestly dont know what all the fuss is over this ride. Yes, it is smooth and has a great element in the pretzel loop, but that is about it. The flying sensation is nothing great to me. You are facing straight down so there is no sense of speed whatsoever...not to mention the ride is not very fast to begin with. After the pretzel loop there are a few turns that are very ho-hum. The only reason they are even remotely exciting is that you are within a few feet from the ground below. Flyers just dont do much for me. This blows away the uncomfortable Vekoma flyers, but the rides sensation is what doesnt excite me much. The visuals are interesting, but to be honest I *like* seeing the track. It lets you see the speed. Batman is still the best coaster in the park despite the fact that its a clone.

SFOG is my home park so I am not bashing this ride for the fun of it. My review is honest, and a 7 is not a bad score. I like the ride, I just dont think its incredible like everyone else does.

yea djblade, just because "everybody else" gave this great reviews, doesnt mean he has to give it a great score as long as he tells us why. and pete did a very good job of telling us why. -=my 500th post!=-

Good Job Pete C. I enjoy the flying sensation this coaster provides, but after the pretzel loop, the rest is a little too "ho-hum". I do think that B&M has a big thrilling future with their flying coasters, they just need a more challenging layout~!

not a terable review. but I cant agree that the best coaster in the park is batman. Mind Bender it much better then Batman. Cyclone is also a better coaster. I wonr say its the works coastr because it isnt but batman is a great ride, over done, but their are beter rides in the park coaster wise. thow Batman at SFOG is the best one I have riden.
