This a good ride, but not a great ride. The 1st drop and basically that is it of the ride.It has very good speed but not much airtime. The ride fizzles out quickly.I know this review will not set well with most of you.

Bah! Nitro is definitely a surfing bird. The ride does not fizzle out quickly (IMO) and has lots of airtime. How could you do that to an amazing ride?!

Yeah it wont. This ride has almost the biggest amount of airtime ive experienced next to SROS and Millenium Force... in fact it may have more air time than millenium force.

Youre probably right, Alfungus, about SROS, but wrong about Millennium Force. That ride most likely has a few moments of air, but the ride was meant for speed, hence the over banked turns. And Im probably correct that SROS and Millie dont fizzle out quickly. Respond if you think so.

And you know what dipshit? Nitro goes 80. Every coaster at Cedar Point other than Millennium and Dragster go slower, including Magnum (72mph), Wicked Twister (72 mph), Raptor (57 mph), Mean Streak (65 mph) and Mantis (60mph) so why dont you shut your fucking trap and stop coming to this goddamn site? If 80 mph isnt fast enough for you then 99.4% of coasters just arent fast enough for you and you should just stay home. Or, better yet, you could go drive your car off a cliff at 90 mph and experience the thrill of a lifetime. God you are not only annoying and absurd, you dont even had the balls to be a man and put a name next to your post. What a little bitch.

Its tempting to suggest that our anonymous friend should marry MF. But seriously, Im sure Millenium Force is all that + more (havent ridden it, though Id sure like to) but I just dont get the "logic" of "Coaster A = great, therefore coaster B cant be great also" (and I have ridden Nitro, so I can safely say its great). And the difference between 90 and 80 mph? Im sure theres some, but enough to declare one a God of Speed and the other a kiddie coaster? Cmon! Human perception aint fine enough to make that kinda distinction.
