All right so I was googling for some coaster news, and this popped up from Screamscape (red flag already). Anyway, it took me to this website.

Tell me that this is a joke because it definitely sounds like it. Just some of the things they are trying to "prove" sounds crazy. Sorry if this belongs in a different forum.

No the Lawsuit is real. and I agree it's a bit off. The entire idea that disney would steel the story line for pirates is out there. but yes the lawsuit is real.
