I took my first trip to Holiday World on Sept. 16, 2006 and I must say that I was impressed by the park. I rode The Raven, The Legend, The Voyage, Gobbler Getaway, the log flume, and the Raging Rapids. There are lots of other rides there, but I'm not really big on the carnival type (i.e. flat) rides. The lines moved very quickly even though the park was quite busy. It was well maintained and had lots of trees for shade. The prices for food and souvenirs were good. And, of course, you can't beat free soft drinks!

I also liked the fact that all three coasters go into the trees. You can tell the owner of the park really likes The Beast!

My first visit to Holiday World was a very good one and I will definitely be going back.

All I've gotta say's WOW! That has got to be the shortest TR I've ever read in my life. No offense, but if you had a great first day at Holiday World, you need to explain to us in vivid detail about how your ride experience was, if the park had great food & customer service, how the scenery & theming were, & many more. I'm glad you had a great time, but you've got to pull off of us TPC member's attention more by making a mental picture of your experience.

I never said that his TR was bad. All I said was that it was the shortest TR I've ever read. In case you didn't read my whole reply, I did say that I'm glad that he had a great time at Holiday World. BTW, welcome back fresler, even though I've never heard of you before.

What he gave is still a crap-load of a lot better than some of the TRs I've read around the net. No spam, good grammar, decent description. Good TR by me.

Good point coasterf42. At least this TR's more elaborate & not illegible.
