Well, just got home, and had a great trip, the weather was perfect. We were down there for 6 days total in FL.

The first day when we got there we did Downtown Disney since it technically wasn't a full day. Second day was started at Epcot, and then the last half was spend at MGM Studios. Third day (Sunday)we started at MGM and went to Animal Kingdom for the second half of the day. Day 4 my friend and I spent the day at Universal's Islands Of Adventure, and his mom and sister spent the day at the Studios park. Day 5 we went to Magic Kingdom, and day 6 we went back to MGM and Epcot.

We got about 4 rides on Hulk, 2 rides on each Dragon, one ride on Flying Unicorn, 2 rides on Jurassic Park, once on the Dr Suess ride, once on Dr Doom's Fearfall, 2 rides on Spiderman, and once on Dudley Do Right and Popeye's River Adventure. Hulk was awesome, and the launch felt much stronger uphill then it really was we got twice in the very front, once in the very back, and once near the middle of the train. I personally don't think the last half was boring really. 3 out of 4 times we coasted through the breaks with a little slow down, but not much barely noticable. Now, that once when we hit a complete stop, the rest of the ride was very slow and I can see how people could think it was boring if they have only ridden it with the break on hard.

Dueling Dragon's was alot of fun, we did Ice first in the front row and only Ice went out (no dueling). Next we hit Fire in the front row, and the rest of the day they dispatched at the same time. Later in the day we hit them both again in the very last row. I have to say Fire was my favorite both in the back and front, mostly because I found ice to be slightly more jerky and less forceless. They were both great and I loved Ice's cobra roll, I just liked Fire better overall.

The other rides such as Spiderman and JP were great as well, alot of fun. As for the DDR/ Splash Mountain comparason, Id have to say neither really is better then the other. They both have great themeing and some cool drops, but Id have to say SM wins in the storline/ atmosphere department whereas DDR is a little more thrilling and you get wetter.

The waiting time at both Universal and Disney was very reasonable, longest time was about 25 at Universal. We didn't use any "Express" passes at Universal either. We squeezed in alot of rides at Disney as well.

It seemed at if there were a great amount of barriers up at disney. Construction was underway at MGM for the new stunt show, Epcot at the Land with Soarin' (Land was closed the last day we went to Epcot), AK for Everest, and the the lake at MK had walls around it as well, and the renovations were still going on at Small world. Alot of barriers at the parks with alot going on. Overall it was a fun trip, and of course the long drives to and from were pleasant, lol. I might post pics up at webshots from my cam later on.

Paragraphs buddy, paragraphs. That thing was a killer to read.

Glad you had a great time, however!

And thank you for putting it into paragraphs, so no one else has to go through the pain of reading it like I did.
