This was a decent log flume ride, sort of typical of what youd find at most Six Flags parks. The ride was not very long and the drop was not very tall, but the log flowed through the flume at a pretty good pace, the jungle setting was well executed, and the splash was reasonable. While this used to be called the Bamboo Shoot (with the logs actually being several bamboo poles roped together), it is now being referred to as the Ozarka Splash, incorporating blatant sponsor product placement into the theme of the ride.
i didnt like this one to much. Bugs White Water Rapids and Rio Loco are 10 xs better. its still a somewhat fun ride. ehhh...ill give it a 6.
After riding the log flumes at Sea World and Fiesta Texas I have to say...this SUCKED! Time for a makeover on this one.
One Word "Log Flume" That Might Be 2, If you rode one you rode them all. The best one i have rode is the Bugs Bunny one at Fiesta Texas. this one is one of the Fastest but you will do better off Skiping this one
Fastest Log Flume I ever been on. Ozarka Splash/Bamboo Shoot is a good ride. Sit in the middle for maximum splash, but watch it if you have more than 3 with you. You might slide back onto them .
This log flume ride wasnt great, but it was okay. At least there are trees and scenery.
Thought it was pretty fun, I ride this one everytime i go to Astroworld. However, I think that Bugs Bunnys White Water Rapids at SFFT was better.
A pretty average log flume ride. I have some nostalgia for this one since it was the first log flume that I rode, but there just isnt much special about it.
