A nice hand carved carousel. I rode it once when I was about 5 years old...dont remember much about it except it was surrounded by trees.

I went on this thing as a kid, and it wasnt all that great. It was slow for a carousel, and what is it with all the bird crap absolutely everywhere around this place.

As a carousel overall, this is okay. But, the fact that its a classic piece and all the horses & chariots are hand carved from wood makes it spectacular. Wide variety of animals here, many not seen on any newer carousel (and most older ones). Not near as majestic as that of Knoebels ... but for a quite lakeside park, this is a great piece and significant historically.
