Looks like AOL/Timewarner are in some hot water for allegedly mismanaging Six Flags Over Georgia in an effort to hurt the parks value.
The verdict came from a lawsuit filed by investors of Six Flags Over Georgia who claimed that Time Warner Inc., the suburban Atlanta parks former owner, mismanaged it in an attempt to depress its value.
A Gwinnett County jury awarded the Six Flags investors $197 million in compensatory damages and $257 million in punitive damages -- the largest civil award in state history -- in December 1998
Ok, now take that money and build some new stuff ;)
