(I know this is the opposite of what usually happens in this forum, but I thot id try to be of service.)
If any one needs tips about SFGA, I can give you the ins and outs of the park and of every ride.

When (time of year and what day) is the park least crowded. Everytime I've been there that park is just packed and you have to wait at least 45 minutes to get on anything near good.

Go on a Tuesday, and dont go during the months of July or August, otherwise you should be good.

Is it possible to do all the coasters, and get rerides on some of them, in one day? If so, which day?

Bid Red, I whould say either Tuesday or Wednsday. Do not go on Saturday or Sunday though. It is sometimes slightly crowded on Mondays so Tuedsay- Wednsday is your best bet.

Sundays are not as crowded as Mondays and Fridays just so you know. (This applies to all major amusement Parks)
