Some say extremely rough, some say smooth for a woodie, others say both.

it has some big time positive G's, that helix in the back of the ride is brutal. I did not think it was too rough, I rode it later in the day, which is the suggestion from most people too, as the coaster runs better then. You don't even notice the loop really, it is about mid-ride.

I highly recommend waiting until after dark to ride the Beast. It is in the back of the park and runs in darkness. It is a spectacular ride at night.

Oh good, my dog found the chainsaw!

otc (on the contrary) you will absolutly DESPISE SOB after you're done riding this piece of crap. it's a horribly designed, bumpy, and just plain overratted piece of trash. the loop is completly irrelevant from the start since there's only one so don't get in SOB's line for that. spend your time at it's daddy's turf across the park. now that's a ride to wait for (and there usually is a wait!). i'd say a line longer than 2 maybe 3 min. is completly unneccasary for it's retarded son at the other side of the park. maybe there's a reason for this?...(not really but the ride's placement speaks volumes )

SOB depends on the person riding. I am well over 6 ft tall and almost 300 lbs. I HATED IT. I had bruises on my legs after riding it. Some of my other, smaller, friends can't get enough of it. IMO if you are over 5"6' don't bother.

Most coasters take one minute to climb the lift hill. Thats how long your voice has to live.
