Cold Stone, which has some of the tastiest ice cream ever, now has a Co. aliance with SF. In the first year of this aliance, 8 new CSs will open at Six Flags parks. More a bound to come!

Coldstone really needed to expand; Their ice cream is worth having across the country! Being a part of SF is a great way to spead the deliciousness!

Marble Slab Creamery is better. I went to Cold Stone once and hated it.

I think Cold Stone is better than Marble Slab, but not as good as Maggie Moo's. They're all good, though.

Cold Stone as it is, is way overpriced. I wonder how rediculous its going to be at a theme park. "Here you go sir, that love it will be eight fifty." Ughh

If it is priced to high you don't have to buy it. Amazing thing about America you can choose what you want to spend money on.

Wow. I was just making a comment and you had to say something like that. America is also supposed to be about equality. Not everyone can afford to spend 8 dollars on ice cream. Geeze.

^WTF. Equality has just been compared to your mythical price of Cold Stone Ice Cream. Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King would be so honored to know their fight has still left us with just this one last injustice to slove before we enter a utopian society.

Their was nothing at all offensive about my point just stating facts. It's not like a called you a poor bastard or something. Get over it there are millions of other ice creams to buy.

Uhh....

Wow. I can't follow that, myself. I'm going to agree with you instead.

What's "Price Chopper"?

^^Hahaha. Owned.

^Price Chopper is a really crappy Supermarket chain that is non union so their prices are really low because they pay all their employees scab wages and screw them out of any kind of benefits. We just have in CT I guess or maybe just the North East.

B&M is so over rated all they did was steal the suspended coaster idea from Arrow and put a few loops in it.

Prefabricated Track is for people who can't handle a real wooden coaster.

I don't think we have anything like that in TN. Piggly Wiggly is the only thing that comes to mind, for some reason...

I live in TN...and hardly ever see a Piggly Wiggly.

There is just a Food City every mile or so.

Sorry, when I said equality, I meant where everybody has the chance to earn equal money. Although that can never happen, things now are extreme. I was simply saying that many people are not going to want spend that much money on ice cream. But, I am probably wrong however, at theme parks people spend more money than they actually have.

True equality in money would be communist. The minimum wage is too low, but equality in pay for everyone would bother me. Go to college if you want to make more.

I agree. In our country people have the choice to do what they want and make the money they want. This is kinda funny because I have completely changed this. Anyway, when at a theme park and you are hot and want some great ice cream, you are going to pay whatever it costs to get it.

^ I agree, that people do spend more money at the parks. On hot days people with their kids won't be able to no to them.

I also would be surprised to see the price be double that of normal, however the papa johns in the park are quite expensive.

Even though there is a new Stone Cold place within SFGAdv, they also continue to sell overpriced Ben & Jerry's in the park. To me the choice between two overpriced ice cream options is not a big deal. I show my disapproval by not buying the ice cream.

To tell you the truth whatever they charge for ice cream is probably cheaper than the price of a pound of fudge (which I am more likely to buy).

Cold stone is pretty good. SFNE is getting a full blown restraint I guess many of the parks are only getting Counter service set ups. I was a bit surprised they kept B&J ice cream on top of cold stone. but I don't tend to buy Ice cream at parks.

as for Liked Ice Cream Doc Davis. a small Home made Ice cream stand on the NH/MA border.

The very next SF Coldstone I see, I will indefinetly patronize the estbleshment. CS Is a good move for the chain; One the best moves they've made in a while.

I had ColdStone at SFNE yesterday.

It seemed to be a big hit, even though it was pretty cold outside that day. I think its a good move for in the summer since ColdStone is delicious.

I think the Texas or California parks could also have used a "full blown" resturant, since those are the parks that will get the hottest.

I learned some more about Cold Stone today (SFOG's isn't done yet)

The ice cream will be pre-prepared. I really enjoy COld Stone and the best part of the deal is going in and interacting with the people as they custom-make your ice cream. It just won't be as special this way to me, so that disappoints.

I hardly ever buy sweets in the park though so the odds of me purchasing one was rare anyways, I'll probably check it out once though.

The one at SFNE definitely didn't have pre-prepared ice cream.

It was exactly the same as walking into a regular Cold Stone.

That's what I was referring to when I said full blown restaurant.

Oh sorry about that, for some reason I thought you randomly went off topic and were talking about a sit-down restaurant, which is what the park really needs.
