This is definately no longer the best ride on the universal studios resort complex anymore like it was for several years, but it is still a fun must see ride. The screen is gigantic, the DeLorean you ride in is a neat simulator, the motions of the vehicle match pretty well with the movie (though they are rough). If you are tall, you do need to sit in the front row of the car or your melon will get banged around a little bit. It is not Spiderman, but it is definately still worth getting on.
Now take this from one of the biggest back to the future fans (me), this ride is not that great. You get whiplash like no other. I had the worst headache ever from my head banging against the back. The fact of riding in a fake DeLorean is really awesome. I dont care for the cheesy 80s film look either. This ride is only worth a 5. (I go on it every year for some reason, but I still dont like it that much)
Its not exactly worth a long wait (anything over half an hour) but its your typical simulator as you sit in a car that moves while you watch a screen and youre on a mission. Its enjoyable and what you would expect, a good ride.
I have to rate this a little lower then I want to. I am a huge fan of Back to the Future and there are aspects of this ride I love but then some I dont like. I love flying through town. That is reason I always ride this ride, because that is really well done. But I dont like the dinosaur. I just think it is pretty cheesy. It is a very rough simulator one that actually hurts. Sometimes I dont think it needs to be that rough, however, when I am on it I laugh because it is so rough. So in conclusion, I like it a lot! A very good simulator ride.
I had a lot of fun riding it as a kid, & I still do now. Dr. Browns kinda crazy, but he was really helpful at leading us to capture that weirdo Biff. Just traveling through the past & future was just simply amazing. After a while though, the ride kinda gets you in the stomach & it can be a lil disorienting at the time. Other than that, definitely ride Back to the Future the Ride as its one of the better ride simulators that Ive ever experienced.
It was a pretty fun ride. Though, not as good as some other virtual reality rides. My favorite part was when we flew over Texaco.
This ride hurt. I cant decide where it did worse. If you sat in the front of the car, your neck snapped because there was nothing there. In the back, your head kept slamming into the back of the car. The ride itself was slightly interesting, but the reason 6 points were taken off is 5 for pure roughness and maybe 1 point for lameness.
Back to the future is a great ride and a really fun motion simulator, but its age has gotten to it.First off you may notice if u sit in the back row you tend to slam your head alot into the back and side of the car.Universal should really fix that, make the back seats more comfy so people dont get off with such a headache and negitive things to say about it.Also people may notice that if you look off to your side while your rideing you will see the other cars be side you.Thats really not such a big deal but it makes the ride more un realistic.Be side all of that BTTF is a great ride, with a cool story to it.Its worth seeing but if you can try to get the front.
Basically it is a very fun motion simulator. I will say that this is one of the better and rougher motion simulators around. A fun ride for a fun movie. If you ride try to get in the front row.
A fun ride based on one of my favorite movies. It was the first to take interactive movies to a new level, and its pretty convincing. This ride isnt very good for re rides though, as the more you ride it, the more it feels like a movie. Also, if youre somewhat tall, this ride could be rough. Didnt bother me though. I like the theming, with the artifacts from the film and all the details in the hallways and waiting rooms.
