Although the stunts and props arent as great as my two faves (Rehoboth and Knoebels) the set-up for the rides is great and the storyline is very well done. I really wished I wasnt in a rush because there a couple of little touches that I missed on my only ride, and I would have liked to ride again before it is history.
Weird dark ride that I think is overrated. I personally prefer "in your face" stuff, be it crap popping up, swinging down, a truck... whatever. This ride lacked that from my experience. Good props but mostly stationary. The artwork has either been refreshed recently or is well-cared for. The ride is modest in length, but for a park cramped in regards to real estate, that should be expected I suppose. I didnt love the ride, but I did like it and am glad I finally got to ride.
I did enjoy this as a dark ride, though as a haunted house it had the misfortune of having to contend with Ripleys Haunted Adventure and the Nightmare Haunted House down the street. This was a very old-fashioned, very cheesy dark ride in little two-seater cars that scooted along the track. It was powered up and down a level, and the duration was pretty long. It really wasnt at all scary though. I probably should have ridden a couple more times to take in all of the details, as I probably missed a few by only riding once, but I doubt it would have boosted the rating. This was a good ride for the Pavilion, just not the greatest scare.
Like most other folks think, great haunted house ride! A little dull in parts, though.
A great dark ride. Very creepy through out... and things inside looked relativly new. All were in good order. With the parks future uncertain (development), it would be a shame to lose this ride.
i like this ride alot but it doesnt have as much cool stuff as the haunted mansion but it was i guess better but isnt there a rumor that they are shutting down the pavillion?
A pretty good haunted house. Much more than i expected it to be. Dont miss this at the Pavilion.
Wish it was scarier, but still a ton of fun!!
its really creepy and it makes an old sound when the cars move it is really long and has good affects scary and funny and a quite clever guy outside that takes off his head this ride is actually the scariest and yet amazing haunted house rides besides the walking ones.and frightfully there is something realistic feeling about it like it is really haunted!!!because of the sounds and smells and the whole building structure in and outside they did a really good job making it freaky and realistic
Ths is a great haunted house ride.
