Its okay for what it is. The cars were pretty quick and the layout was long, but it just wasnt exciting. The line was way too long as well.

Though I like the Canobie 500, I dont like it as much as their Antique Cars. While near the ride I could hear the cars gas-powered motors, but I couldnt see any of the layout as Canobies various trees conceal the rides layout. Well, these cars always have a longer wait than the superior Antique Cars. Usually I find that this has 20 minute waits or so. I wish Canobie would use another car or two to increase the capacity because its pretty low. As for the cars speed and handling, the handling is quite good and the speed is much faster than any other car ride I have ever been on (excluding go karts). The layout was long and unique too, which is always a plus. Though I still prefer antique cars to these types of cars, the Canobie 500 still gave a great ride.

I enjoyed this ride VERY much. When I first saw it, I thought it was a go-kart track, but it wasnt until I acctually got in line for it did I realize that it was on a fixed track. The great thing about the Canobie 500 is that you get to control the speed of the car with the gas pedal and break. It also has an extremly large track, and makes you feel like youre cruising down the backroads in the 1960s. The cars run on what look like and sound like law mower motors, so they are a little noisy, but the scenery (featuring one of the cars painted like a police car sitting on the side of the road looking like its radaring passerbys) makes it virtually unnoticable. A must ride while at Canobie.

These cars are gas-powered, and they snap your neck a little bit when you floor it for the first time. However, I was the only person over the age of 12 in line, and that made me a bit uncomfortable. I dont know why more older ppl dont like this ride.

Good sports car type ride that are better than the antique-car variety in my opinion. The layout through the woods is excellent and very long as well, and the cars travel quite quickly and handle really well to boot. All of the cars look great, but the only real negative about this ride is its capacity. The cars only seat 2 people max, so the lines can be pretty long and slow moving.

Decent car ride, not much that can be said, but I still prefer the Antique Cars over it. Although, it does seem a bit longer but that just could be me. When there is any long wait I dont bother to ride this though.

Nice car ride. Good scenery, with the signs, and police car. The low design of the cars makes it feel like they are going a lot faster.

Its a great car ride. Sometimes the waits get a little too much to ride this thing tho- when they get over 15 minutes, its not worth it.

This ride is always so packed and yeah, sure its fun to "drive" a car led along by a track, but how long are you supposed to wait to ride such a thing? No longer than 10 minutes, Id hope.

The track was a better desing than the antique cars ride but the cars here are a little more typical.
