Pleasant, but fairly pedestrian (pun intended) as antique cars go. The sights were interesting but not great; it was a fine ride that children would probably enjoy the most (because they love to be able to control the car).

Canobie certainly has a very good set of Antique Cars. Now usually at other parks these have fairly long waits, but not Canobies. Their Antique Cars usually have a wait less than 10 minutes (thanks to the more popular Canobie 500). All of the cars are in top-notch condition and run very well. Steering was very responsive and I love Canobies layout. I especially love how it brings me up close to the structure of one of my favorite coasters, the Yankee Cannonball. Also, the General Store looks nice (I didnt know it housed Star Blasters compressor until the Antique Cars employee told me). I usually try to ride this at least one or two times everytime I visit Canobie.

The Antiques always have a shorter line than the 500. Its usually kids who have the hankering to drive and any height can at the Antiques, the same cannot be said for the Canobie 500. The cars at the Canobie 500 arent noticeably faster than these so if you have to choose one of those two rides choose these cars.

APPEARANCE: Canobie maintains the cars very well and I love how the layout is hidden from view for the most part and how close the ride comes to the Yankee Cannonball, allowing for some great views.

WAIT TIME: 0-5 minutes- Usually this is a walk-on, unlike at other parks, but sometimes there is a small wait usually no longer than 5 minutes or so. From what I can see Canobie has quite a few cars so that certainly helps.

RIDE: All of the cars are in tip-top shape and drive very well, in addition to running very well. The layout is great like I mentioned before, as its very long and gives great views of Canobies wooden coaster.

FINAL VERDICT: Now I like the Canobie 500 better, but despite this, the Antique Cars still is a very good one that a fan of the genre cant miss.

Nicely kept up antique cars ride. I much prefer these over the Canobie 500 because it has better views (being near the Yankee Cannonball at times) and feels more natural. The lines can be really bad in the summer though, but I dont think theres much that can be done.

This ride usually has a pretty long line, but one night, it didnt, and I just rode it over and over again and I had fun. Probably about as much fun as you can have on one of these things. I will say the ride is a little short, but thats okay. Its still a neat experience.

Beautiful old-style cars. Nothing super exciting but it was still quite pleasing.
