I wanted to like this ride, but did not. Firstly, it does not accomodate taller riders well at all. Its slow, and has basically no airtime. Even the back seat was boring. The ride op claimed that this is the oldest coaster in Ohio. This isnt true. Geauga Lakes Big Dipper is 31 years older.
The Sea Dragon is a wood junior out and back roller coaster? It was built in 1956 by PTC and designed by John Allen, it is 37' tall, and 1,300' long. It is a really good junior coaster. Its over 50 years old this year and still in great shape and still giving lots of rides to people. It gives good airtime and the lines are very long. Capacity is large and ride duration is long. It is fun, rerideable, and average speed.
Good for an old coaster perfect for the kids but as a major roller coaster fan it sucked BIG TIME!!!
Its a nice old Junior wooden coaster. The fact that it still uses the big old break lever bumps it up from a 6 to a 7.
What can I say, I love this ride ( my girlfriend personally thinks this ride should get a 10 out of 10). This was my first ever coaster and it deserves a debt of gratitude as it was the building block of what has become a downright obsession. Thank you Sea Dragon.
This is a fun little wooden coaster that I can stop by Wyandot and ride when I dont feel like going 2 hours to PKI. Very short ride but gives some good airtime in the back.
A smallish wooden coaster that everyone in the family can enjoy.
This is a special ride. It is just.....special. Short lines short ride....still good though!
This is actually a nice out and back, nothing great though. It isnt thrilling. It gives good air-time, and the lines are never long. Good re-ride value, 15 laps in an hour.
