This was a decent ride but its just too bumpy. I dont like the trains, especially the lap bar, and the helix has speed bumps in it. This ride did not age too well.
This is an ok ride but the story I have is better! I was on it back in 1999 (my 8th grade went on a 2 day class trip to the Amish country and Hershy). I was with my friend and after once around there was no one waiting for it when the train came back so all these little kids wanted to go again, so we went again! This big kid was mad and he wanted off so he just complaied, for most of the ride. But, during the first helix I noticed that the ground was very close to my side of the car so point to the ground and I say to my firend "hey were kind of close to the ground here" right when i got to here the train jerked and my finger went like 2 inches from the ground! We laughed all the way through the ride...ah the memories!
This is a pretty boring ride. Its not very thrilling at all and the helix is kind of rough. It is good for little kids who want to ride a "big" roller coaster. But if youre over about 8 or 9, I would skip it. If you do decide to ride, go to the back. The only really scary part is when you go around one turn and your head almost hits the ground.
Pretty boring but good for kids and those who cant take it. Must admit i was terrified around the one bend when my head was about a foot from the ground. I thought i was just going to tumble out.
ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....
EEEEWWW....terribly sucky ride. Two helicies and thats it.
Very boring ride and needs to be removed. I know Hershey may be more of a family park, but it is pretty boring. I even hated this coaster when I was young because it was boring. Road Runner Express is 1000 times better.
the trailblazer is really tame. helix is kinda fun. this coaster is pretty much a stepping stone for little kids or people who are just beginning to ride roller coasters.
Ive never been a huge fan of this coaster. Its slow and not very exciting. Definitely best suited for younger riders or beginners.
This ride is very short and kind of slow at spots. However, ridden at night time it can be quite fun especially since its course is well away from lights. Also, its two helices are built very low to the ground… sit on the right side of the train and you think you may lose your head as you come very close to the earth. Also has a neat drop under the trestle bridge of the Dry Gulch RR. A very good "first" coaster for kids… my 2 ½ year neice loved it ("I rode the big rollie coaster"
