The best inverted coaster I have been on. The inversions are all excellent, and the overall pacing of the whole ride is magnificent. The atmosphere, and theming on the ride, with the trenches and ditches, also adds a lot to the ride. Overall just a great coaster, and tied with SheiKra for my favorite ride in the park. Certainly not to be missed.

I had been looking forward to riding this beast all summer long, and when I finally get on it.... Well I wuznt exactly disappointed but it exerted so much force on me that I actually blacked out for a couple of seconds! It wuz fun and all and really smooth for all of its exotic elements! It just had to many g-forces (something Im not a huge fan of. Its the air time that has me hooked)! N*E wayz Yes this wuz a great ride just to forceful for me! Loved the heartline roll though!

This is tied for my favorite inverted coaster (Tied with Raptor @ Cedar Point) This is what every inverted coaster should be like. Its smooth, fast, and long. And the underground parts just add to the dynamics that its already got. Do not miss this ride!!!!!!!!!1

How is this ride getting such a high Review? This did a pretty bad bang up job on my skull, almost as bad as the Mind Eraser (Which earned its name) at Six Flags New England. Nothing special about this one.

My favorite ride, period. Only Kumba comes close to this baby. As yet my first inverted coaster, I never would have guess that for all the speed and exotic elements in this rides design, that it would be soo silky smooth. The drop is similar to Kumbas, but has a smaller (but tighter and more intense) loop than Kumba. The ride is soo fast and snakey that everything quickly becomes a blur of sanguine fury. Of all the coaster elements I have experienced, the 360 degree camelback is my favorite. To see it in action off the ride is interesting, but when you go spiraling into it and down into the confines of narrow walls it takes on another dimension. Actually, what makes this ride soo thrilling to me isnt the elements alone, but the way in which they are implemented into the landscape and themeing of the ride. One minute your high in the air and next in an out of control spin through an Egyptian themed causeway and before you know it you sail back up into the sky seemingly just before you smash into a wall. These sweeps into the architecture below you are quite a few and every time theyre a thrill. At one point after a small loop you dive back into a "hallway" to rise out again at the last second, and go into a tight diving inversion back into another. This one got more squeals from the majority of riders than any other sequence. An ingenious and downright devilish ride design, this one is a gem. Soo smooth, soo fast, soo much fun. If you dont ride this at least once while at Busch Gardens Tampa, you should hit yourself.

this is the definitely the best ride in the park, and one of the best rides ive ever been on. The themeing is teriffic, the ride is absolutely incredible, and the layout is very appealing. I love how every part of the ride just flows together at a nice pace.

This ride ruined the rest of the park for me. I went when Gwazi was new, but went on Montu first. The theming was good and the line was short. The inversions on the ride were well placed and the first time riding you were not expecting all of the forces. I got off it and thought the other rides were going to be as good as Montu, but I was wrong. Thats all right because there was a short line for Montu all day.

This is definetly a great one, Easily my second favorite of the park behing Gwazi. Smooth inversions. Perfect pacing. TONS more fun than Kumba. Too bad I didnt get to ride it more, my friend got a headache from all the inverions. Solid 9.

What is not to like about Montu? It has everything you could ever want: great layout, theming, a batwing, and its a smooth intense coaster. B&M delivers another masterpiece in: Montu!
