I thought it was an alsome coaster! Just dont like how fast they stop it.
Not the best ride experience ever, but at least its another family coaster worth riding at Williams Grove. The colors are ugly, theres only two cars, & if youre not secured tightly, youll slam yourself up in front of the car. Also, its got the worst ride placement ever in a field to the right of the waterslide w/o a footpath. Not the greatest ride in any stretch of imagination.
Im a sucker for these Schwarzkopf rides. I love how this one is placed - it feels as if its in the middle of someones backyard. It has a typical figure-8 like layout with several turns and (two?) helices. The drops are steep and quick, and the car itself rattles as it speeds through the layout. Its just one of those rides you can have fun on no matter what, even if it isnt up to paar with todays thrills. Watch out for the brake run, the thing goes from twenty to zero in .46 of a second it seems.
I felt some air on the first drop, more than a typical ride of this type. I only spent two hours at the park and spent so much time waiting for a 4th rider on the Cyclone that I almost didnt ride the Wildcat. I had to walk through a puddle to get there also and the ride operator was picking up his backpack to leave for the day but opened the gate and let me have the last ride before shutting down.
Not a bad ride. We had to walk throu ankle deep mud to reach the station, but the inebriated and apparently sleep-deprived operator was a happy (and toothless) drunk. The ride was surprisingly good and we ran out of that park afterwards like highschoolers running from Jason in Friday the 13th.
It is a standard Schwarzkopf portable, it needs repainting and isnt that quick.
For Gods Sake DONT RIDE THIS. Not only is it a horrible and slow ride, but it it rusted half to death. I cant believe this thing is operating. It looks like a big junk heap, especially how it is seperated from the rest of the park. You are probably risking your life by getting on this ride, and it would just plain suck to go to heaven and explain how you died because you got on the junkiest ride in the world. If you must risk your life by getting on a ride at Williams Grove, get on the Cyclone. At least that ones fun.
Nothing that stands out about this Schwarzkopf ride. New to Williamsgrove, this "pre owned" coaster looks like it has a few miles behind it. Some of the hills I was not sure that we were going to crest. The helices in it are fast and the headchopper effects of the supports near the end of the ride really seem to come pretty close.
This is your standard Schwarzkopf portable. This was not as good as others, but still a fun ride. However, one car goes way slower than the other. I went on that slow car and thought that the car was never going to make it through the course. It did. Thank God.
A standard Schwarzkopf portable. Nothing special, but nothing bad.
